コア正面に装備されるミサイル迎撃機銃と、エクステンション、肩武器のパーツの中で、自機に向かうミサイルを迎撃する機能を持ったパーツのこと。~
後者は迎撃ミサイルと迎撃レーザーがある。

[[4シリーズ]]では武装によるミサイル迎撃にシフトしたため採用されておらず、[[Vシリーズ]]では[[CIWS]]として採用されている。~
[[AC6]]には未採用かつ、[[アサルトアーマー]]を除く武装によるミサイル迎撃も不可能。

各タイプの詳細は以下の通り。
**ミサイル迎撃機銃 [#ia45fcc6]
一部のコア（エムロード、クレスト・インダストリアル系・PSACシリーズは全てのコア）の前面に装備されている迎撃用の機銃で、正面方向の一定の範囲内に入ったミサイルに対して自動的に迎撃を行う。~
あくまでも迎撃用であって、敵機に対してダメージを与えることは不可能。また、使用制限は無い。~
なお、後述の迎撃ミサイルや迎撃レーザーをONにしている間はコアの迎撃機銃は自動的にOFFになる。~
ちなみに、一般的に迎撃機銃と呼ばれることが多いが、実際のコア搭載ミサイル迎撃装置の作動エフェクトはエネルギー系のそれであり、また実際にNシリーズではレーザー発射時と同じ効果音がするようになっている。~
**迎撃ミサイル [#oac612bf]
敵の放ったミサイルに対して自動的に反応し、迎撃用のミサイルを発射するタイプのエクステンション。~
エクステンションのオン/オフで発射をある程度コントロールできる。~
迎撃ミサイルが発射される確率は100％ではなく、また同時に迎撃に成功するかも迎撃ミサイルの性能に依存する。~
**迎撃レーザー [#j743d9c8]
基本的には迎撃ミサイルと同様のシステムだが、こちらはレーザーを発射することでミサイルを撃ち落とす。~
エネルギー兵器なのでコンデンサーに蓄えられたエネルギーを消費するが、弾薬費はかからない。また、迎撃に成功する確率自体も迎撃ミサイルよりは高くなっている。~
